Please arrive a few minutes early and make your way to the waiting area on the 4th floor, across from the elevators. A staff member will meet you there at your appointment time.

Accessibility information

Our office is fully accessible. If you're unable to use the front stairs, please use the accessibility lift to the right of the front entrance.

1. Self-serve lift

Locate the self-serve accessibility lift entrance to the right of the front stairs. Use the buzzer or doorbell at any time if you need assistance.

2. Up/down button

There is an up/down button beside the door handle, to bring the lift to the ground floor if needed.

3. Open the door & enter

Open the door, enter the lift, and use the up/down button to travel to your floor.
